Dr. Justin B. Smith is a board-certified Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist with extensive training in image-guided, minimally invasive procedures. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. He then completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Washington, where he advanced his expertise in endovascular and image-guided therapies.
Before joining Peak Interventional Radiology, Dr. Smith practiced for over a decade as an Interventional Radiologist with Radia, Inc., serving patients across Washington and Idaho, including Spokane, Post Falls, Wenatchee, and Everett. His clinical work spans the full spectrum of interventional oncology, vascular interventions, and minimally invasive treatments aimed at improving patient outcomes with less pain and shorter recovery times.
Dr. Smith is committed to patient-centered, collaborative care, emphasizing clear communication, comprehensive evaluation, and individualized treatment planning for each patient he serves. He maintains active medical licenses in both Washington and Idaho and holds certification from the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology.
Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his family and being active in the Spokane community.
