Dr. Underwood earned his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Interventional Radiology at the University of Texas Southwestern, where he gained expertise in medical imaging as well as vascular, oncologic, and non-vascular interventions.
He specializes in image-guided, minimally invasive procedures that enhance patient outcomes and quality of life. His clinical interests include cancer therapies, endovascular interventions, and minimally invasive treatments for complex conditions. Dr. Underwood is dedicated to patient-centered care, with an emphasis on clear communication, individualized treatment planning, and collaborative decision-making.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
